Greg Rutherford

Greg Rutherford is one of Britain's youngest track and field stars and the country's leading long-jumper.

In August 2006, he won the silver medal in Long Jump at the European Championships. He began his career as a sprinter and holds a personal best for 10.38s in the 100m.

Greg comes from a talented sporting family. Both his grandfather and great grandfather played professional football and his father was also a gifted athlete.

Greg joined Right To Play as an Athlete Ambassador in September 2006.
